Linda Corbett is a Canadian documentary filmmaker whose work focuses on the arts and education. Her strong, graphic style developed from an interdisciplinary background in the visual arts, photography and design.
Since 2003, with her company, Eyeris Interactive Inc., Linda has shot, directed, and edited four independent documentaries, NOBUO KUBOTA: Chant, FAFARD: Field Horse / Cheval de trait, FIERCE EXPRESSION: the work of Tony Calzetta, WHITE BALANCE: the work of Ronald Bloore and fifteen Video Portraits for the web. She is also the co-author of a six-part documentary series for television Spirit of the Art.
Corbett’s photographic work has been published and exhibited in sixty countries. As a media consultant, she has been a guest speaker at conferences across Canada and has lectured on filmmaking, design and new media at universities and art colleges. Her documentary work reaches a diverse audience through television, public art galleries, educational institutions and the world wide web.
